Drawing from Real Life
Step-by-step 1. The first exercise involves drawing from real life. Observe the vegetables that have been placed at the front of the room and begin drawing just the shapes you see, draw each form in contiuous line. Then draw these forms again with shading and other details. 2. Now draw these shapes in Illustrator. See the instructors if you need help with any particular tools, or do the following tutorial.
Drawing Characters 1. The instructor will provide you with a series of exercises to help you begin to visualize characters and other objects you may use in your flipbooks and future animations. 2. Next draw characters whose names indicate their general appearance: Sir Squash, Princess Pepper, Tomato the Kid. 3. Use Illustrator to doodle characters and other objects. | |||||||||
